Life Services Alternatives (LSA) is an organization that operates community-based homes to provide residential care and support for adults with developmental disabilities. We currently manage eight homes in Santa Clara County. Our staff and the families of our residents collaborate closely to meet the needs of each individual. We have dedicated passionate staff who enjoy the work they do. Our residents are engaged in daily recreational, physical and educational activities that give them the opportunity to live personally satisfying and fulfilled lives in the community.
LSA was founded in 2002 as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. It emerged from the efforts of parents and other concerned people who had a dream of establishing homes within the community for residents leaving Agnews Developmental Center. Their vision was to create a nurturing, quality environment that would provide lifelong services to individuals who required enduring medical care.
